Settlements Specialist- Mexican DRs Business Job Description As a Settlements Specialist the person will be responsible for trade securities transactions in the Mexican market that require processing at a domestic custodian on behalf of clients. Under limited supervision, you will: assure that all client directives are received and processed timely and accurately. This may require researching and resolving any rejected items; research unmatched buy/free receipts to securities received via the TITAN custody system. Compare securities returned by a broker, monitor and report any UPT (UnProcessable Trades). Researching and identifying any trade differences; contact internal and external parties for resolution of trade/delivery problems; research and resolve asset exceptions determined during periodic

Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree or 2 years of Securities experience
* Strong data entry / input
* Basic knowledge of securities industry
* Previous experience in an operations environment is preferred
* Analytical, prioritizing, organizational and time management skills.
* The ability to multi-task
* Good communication skills, both oral and written
* Excellent attention to details
* Excellent customer service skills
* PC literacy (Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word)
* Bilingual Spanish/English Skills Required
