* Gather, research, classify and evaluate data to provided analytical support for ad hoc projects in the line of business.
* Generate detailed reports focusing on financial information, call volumes, staffing information, production performance and more.
* Interact with department managers and senior leadership to transfer and clarify various types of business data.
What Education/Experience do I Need?
* You have experience analyzing data, preparing reports and making presentations in an ever-changing business environment along with a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
* You have a minimum of 1 year experience working for a financial/retail loan or credit granting institution
* You have a minimum of 1 year experience in a call-center environment
* You have strong proficiency with MS Excel (e.g. connected worksheets, manipulating segmenting data, constructing macros, and generating complex formulas and calculations.
Other RequirementsProficiency in PC computing and applications, specifically in Microsoft Office, TCS or other WFM software. Requirements |
* Minimum of 1 year experience in Capacity planning or call center forecasting.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a call-center environment
* Minimum 1 year experience working for a financial/retail loan or credit granting institution
* Minimum of 1 year work experience using excel. Strong proficiency in creating and managing complex, connected workbooks/sheets, manipulating/segmenting data (e.g., pivot tables, filtering), constructing macros, and generating complex formulas and calculations.
* Experience with Internet applications and object-oriented databases (e.g., Access)
* Minimum of 1 year experience with TCS or other WFM software
