The Assistant Retail Store Manager position is considered a professional training opportunity for the challenging Retail Store Manager role. Assistant Store Managers help Store Managers oversee the day-to-day functions of their retail locations, including:

Requirements

¢ At least one year of management experience

¢ Demonstrated financial results in sales and store operations

¢ The talent to train and motivate a winning customer-focused sales team

¢ Excellent interpersonal, merchandising, and human resources skills

¢ A knack for effective and persuasive verbal and written communication

¢ BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

¢ The ability to prioritize and multi-task with ease

¢ Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record is necessary
