Responsibilities:
* Under limited supervision, manages, investigates and resolves assigned Property Loss claims. Provides policyholders with quality customer service. May assist Claims Representatives with in-person inspection/policyholder contact where necessary. May also oversee the process of selecting, monitoring and ensuring quality control of the regional CNRP contractors. Through re-inspections, provides guidance to region regarding estimating costs and emerging market products.

Requirements |
* Strong written and oral communications skills required. Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills required. Customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of coverages provided within various homeowner policies. Demonstrated ability to handle claims of the highest complexity and exposure.
* College education or equivalent training plus minimum 7 years directly related experience required. Has completed advanced property training. Prior contracting experience preferred. Must possess complete knowledge of all automated appraisal systems and understand overall claims department operations. Licensing as required.
* Candidates must be capable of writing structural damage estimates of $50,000 minimum. Proficiency in the use of Xactimate preferred. This position is a Large Loss position within the state of New Jersey. There may be some travel within the region to assist other Sr. PLS III. A Delaware, Kentucky and West Virginia Adjuster License is required or must be obtained upon employment. It is a remote position which will report to a manager in Wilmington, DE.
