Responsibilities:
* Manage, investigate and resolve assigned large loss Property claims.
* Provide policyholders with quality customer service.
* May assist Claims Representatives with in-person inspection/policyholder contact where necessary.

Requirements |
Qualifications:
* Strong written and oral communications skills required.
* Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills required.
* Customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of coverages provided within various homeowner policies.
* Capable of writing structural damage estimates of $15,000 minimum.
* Bachelors degree or equivalent training plus directly related experience required.
* Has completed some advanced property training.
* Licensing as required.
